Course Description: This class is intended to provide a basic understanding of Digital Currencies. Each student is expected to learn and develop effective digital literacy skills taught throughout the nine week learning module. At the completion of the course students will have a better understanding the following topics: 1. Digital Currencies 2. Crypto Currencies 3. Digital Currency vs. Crypto Currency 4. Crypto Currency Companies 5. Crypto Stocks 6. Crypto Currency Research Sites 7. Trading Crypto Currencies 8. Advantages of Digital Currency 9. Disadvantages of Digital Currency Grades: Shall consist of Class Participation 25%, Homework 25%, Class Work 25%, and Projects 25%.
